ATGM Special Rules

As TACFORCE and TAC II were written for 1st generation and 2nd generation ATGMs and we now have 3rd generation and beyond, I think it’s time to add a few ATGM special rules to keep up with the times.

Here is my first draft of a few rules I’m considering. Please leave comments below if you have any.
